Quote drafts and submitted requests

The quote form stores a draft in session storage for the current browser tab: treatment and destination choices, teeth count, whether you have a diagnosis, country of residence, travel timeframe, the current step and a request reference. Contact details, medical notes, additional comments, uploaded files and consent selections are not retained in that browser draft.

When a new quote request is saved, your contact details, form answers, any medical notes and additional comments, and consent evidence are stored in our remote database. For a new request, we first attempt to upload any optional dental attachments separately to private file storage. If an upload reports an error, the request is not saved on that attempt; otherwise, file references are included when the request is saved. File uploads and the database save are separate operations, so a later failure can leave files stored without a saved request. Confirmation that your request was received does not independently verify each attachment, and retrying an already saved request does not upload attachments again. The browser draft is removed after the form confirms that your request was saved.

Quote notification emails

After a new quote request is saved, we attempt to send an owner notification with the request reference and a link to review it, and a receipt confirmation to your submitted email address in the language of your request. These emails do not include your treatment answers, medical notes or dental files. The email provider processes recipient email addresses and message contents to deliver them. A failed email does not undo a saved request, and provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery.
